VA Office of Survivor Assistance

The Office of Survivors Assistance (OSA) was established to serve as a resource regarding all benefits and services furnished by the Department to Survivors and Dependents of deceased Veterans and mem- bers of the Armed Forces. OSA also serves as a principal advisor to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and promotes the use of VA benefits, programs and services to survivors.

The VA Office of Survivor Assistance has a new phone number: 202-461-9383.

MOAA’s Surviving Spouse Virtual Chapter is an affinity group whose members share information and ideas with others in a virtual environment.
